I put a custom made sway bar in the rear. It made a huge improvement. Putting stiffer springs in the front will balance mine out just haven't spent the dollars.

HA, those formulas are WAY too much for me as is the mumford design. It looks like the mumford is more suited to street car performance. Hard to see it scaling up to something w/20+ inches of...

Spent a little time playing with C/O springs and air in the bags. I am 100% that the problem is with the air bags. Yeah the link design contributes but there is pretty much nothing I can do short of...

I think its mostly from the rear but the link angles and COG are a big part too. There is no upward resistance to the air bags. If I let the air out or pressure up till the limit straps are tight...

I am most unhappy to report that dropping the lower links didn't reduce the body roll one iota :wall:

I guess a sway bar is next :sad2:

The final product. Now to bolt it all back together. I still have to remove the old cross member and fab a t-case mount into this new one. Figured I'd test this first to see if moving the roll center...

thanx. A friend that was up visiting did the fab work and I did the wiring. It really turned out nice. I gotta get some pics of it when it is fastened up.

First runs summary. Overall the rig performs very well. The visibility is great, I am really happy with how the windshield turned out. I may add some protection because the center seems to stick out...

Deep snow, yeah. I mean for what Knik has. Tried a few hills and turns in the deepest stuff out there. I can get some wheel speed for short bursts. The 4B spins up fast. I don't have a tach hook up...

250' of winch rope arrived with a friend from L48 today. Tomorrow we start the final push for getting this thing out of the shop and on the trail.

Someone suggested this rig needs a name, in fact several folks did when it was at Ak Rubber and parked at Lowes yesterday. Anyone got an inspired suggestion?

I've probably got another 10 hrs work building brackets to keep the hoses off the exhaust and drive lines, installing a fairlead, etc, etc

Thanx. It is really tight after the cross member is in. But there is just enough room to pull the pump with its half of the bracket on. I forgot to grease the pump spline so I had to take it apart,...
