Default Supertrap disks

What are the actual dimensions of supertrapp disks? I'm looking to modify a stock pipe on my WR426 to use supertrapp disks. Anyone have some lying around?
Do these tires make my thingy look big?

I have a couple laying around, but can't find them. I will keep looking. However, there are 3, 4 and 5 inch discs..... so it depends on what system you use. You can order just the disc's on their website.
