Default Space heater issues

I have 2 different kerosene/Deisel#1 space heaters, one is a remington 55, and the other is a champion, I started both of them up tonight and they would work for a few minutes and then start putting out big clouds of smoke, any Ideas?

Did someone put #2 fuel in them? Dump the fuel and make sure that you have #1.

if its the proper fuel then it is burning too much of it. Air leaks into the cylinder usually. Odd that they would both be doing it though.

My guess is fuel

Have heard of issues with bacterial growth in new diesel - check fuel and nozzle.
