Default 03 WJ starting problem

The problem is this. It is taking longer then normal crank time to start. I have had it into the shop, thinking it was a fuel problem (which i still think it is). The shop says the fuel pressures are good. I can crank it over for a few secs, then to off and then it will crank right up. It will not start after it has set for over an hour. There is a TSB out for 2001 models for the fuel pump leaking fuel pressure back into the tank, that is what i think it is. I am just asking for any other options. One thing that i did do was swap the fuel control relay with the starter relay, thinking it was the relay, but same problem. Any ideas from the experts out there.

chrysler has been changing injectors like crazy on these vehicles. they bleed down after a wile and require longer crank duration. have an injector balance test done. also, you can hook a gauge and watch the fuel pressure. there should be a little leak off.

99-04? Grand Cherokee. Newer body style after before the gay ones (WK) that just came out.
