Did forget to mention I had beadlocks? I did not know that slime ancouraged tires to spin on the bead. I will refrain from using it if I do not have beadlocks in the future

As for staying on topic,
looks good Brook! Building the box around the air filter should keep water splash from being sucked in to a minumum. Any ideas to address draining water out? Ill guess I will have to just stay tuned

I must be lucky then. The 16.1 AG's I'm running have never been broken down since diversified originally mounted then up 10+ years ago. They have never slipped or lost air.

Looks good Brook! When and where are you going "winter wheeling"?!?

I never had any trouble until I took the wheels out so I could weld the bead locks on. A few rides later I blew an inner bead.

One of the bolts in the passenger side steering arm was broken so I machined them for studs and tapered nuts and welded the caps on. Hopefully the B7 all thread I'm replacing the bolts with will be strong enough!

Awesome weld!
So are you making arms now?
Why not springless?

Thank you, I took a picture of the best part.

I made those arms way back in the day when I first went to hydraulic steering, I had never heard of springless steering arms. I think it was a year or two later that people started doing that. Maybe a good winter project?!

With modern CNC machines, I cant make the arms cheap enough to compete. I probably wouldn't even build my own arms again.

Its been about 3 years since Bgreen has wheeled this rig. He spent a bit building snow machines. And is currently rebuilding the fastest diesel pick up in Alaska.
