this is what you do to get a 1975 heavy 3/4ton(same as 1ton i think) chevy master cylinder and booster on to a 96 ranger. the bottom holes on the booster line up with the bottom holes on the firewall of the rangers booster. just have to drill 2 new holes on the chevy booster to get it to fit and just a little clearecing of the firewall. i however don't know if this would clear stock steering though
pic 1 is the stock 3/4ton booster
pic 2 is 2 new holes drilled
pic 3 is the only part the you need from the ranger. it came off the brake petal cut down and welded to the part that came off the chevy brake petal. and screws on to the end of the plunger coming out of the booster

He lives about 20min away. Off Farmers Loop rd. I was over there tonight and his sheet metal work looks great! I think his engine bay is going to be very well sealed by the time he is done. With the shape of his hood I think the weak link will be the windshield when the force of the water shooting at it come blasting when he does his 45mph blast into water holes.

The front end looks wierd, but it aint my truck.

good work and cool idea. none the less.

If ya ever get going to fast down a hill you can flip those side flaps up for a little extra breaking... Or if ya ever find yourself going 150 MPH, they will probably keep ya from flipping over..

Keep up the good work.

The visibility compared to what it was is incredible. Makes me want to do something similar someday. If I am going up a hill climb in my rig you can't see anything. His rig you can still see where your going.

spent the day with bondo and a sander filling the welds and trying to make it look good. if there are any body guys out there you earn every penny you guys make. got it primed and a frist coat of black on. still trying to figger out what parts i want to paint red. i am thinking that i might wait to do the red untill i figger out what kind of fender i will make. it will need to be able to stand on but beable to be unpinned.
