I have a feeling his rig will never be done. Hopefully he gets out and wheels it this summer.

Any particular reason for installing the radiator fan between the cab and rad? I am planning on putting mine on the back and blow at the cab. I figure the shrowd would help protect the radiator from things that might bang up against the rad.

well with rolling it over have to say that the rest of my work held up. i think that its time for a more indepth cage for the truck. no one was hurt but i think that with as slow as i rolled that if i had evean a tolken exo cage that i wouldn't have had any damage. all the damage that i did get was after it stoped and the weight rested on the apiller it just slowly crushed in.

spent the morning cleaning the cab and taking every thing out of it so i can start on the cage. tell you what it's really easy when you have half a roof. will have to wait untill monday to pic up some steel to start and will have to get a pipe bender from dusty

Actually Keith the reason it held up was because the "B" Pillars on the Ranger Cabs are quad reinforced from the factory, the "A" Pillars crush in and down in a rollover while the "B" and "C" Pillars hold up very well, it's a safety design.....

When I rolled mine back in 03', and granted like yours it was slow as well, the only damage was the "A" Pillars and the front window, plus the crinkled roof, porta power and a new front window and it looks like a truck again well minus the roof line.

The Buggy Cage idea looks cool though, can't wait to see the finished project.... That whole thing has come a long way, and was a lot of fun to ride in till you nuked your Tranny!
