Default Another Slow Mo T4R Expo Build

I picked up a 93 4runner from another member on here she needs some love but will make a great light wheeler,camping/expo rig.
As she sits right now.

Rust everywhere, clean interior.
22re 5speed wasnt running when I picked it up so I tore into the engine to find this gem

Still has a tick but runs and drives.

Future plans
2.5in lift
Rear locker
duel battery
new stereo
33s
Crane ignition
Fireball Injectors
EGR/vacuum line delete
custom exhaust
Custom front winch bumper
Custom rear bumper with tire swing out
Lots of lights

Glad to hear the deal worked out for you both! You think the valve lash adjusters being loose and backed out had any affect on compression? LOL Obviously an ASE Certiied mechanic did this!

It worked out great! Hope full I'll be able to sell my car so so I can get out of debt! I'm loving this thing. But sadly she's got a bit of a rod nock, could be just normal toyota. The oil was full of water so I changed it we will see if it's a head gasket.
The man in brown delivered some goodies!

And I took it up baldy. Made it pretty for with no lockers! And keeping rpms low.

Is there any indication that the window in the back is trying to work at all? Does it make any noises like the motor is trying to move the window or nothing at all? Did you try the dash switch and the key switch in the tailgate?

Sounds like regulator is probably rusted and bound up. The outer weatherstrip was pretty common to fail, and let water run down the glass and then the regulator goes TU. Not terribly hard to fix, kinda a pain in the butt to get the door open so you can get the glass out and replace the regulator! PM if you want a hand, I had to do the same repair on my 95 Runner.
