Default New spring sag

I just put a lift on my SA chev. The front got new springs and the rear got a shackle flip. How long do you guys think it takes a new spring to settle? And how much will it sag? The springs are tuff country 6" for 73-87 chev.

I've had mine on for a year (same springs you have) and they ride nice and have not settled at all.

your definition of nice is much more lax than most... All the Tuff Country I have ran rode like boxcars on unmaintained track (Unfortunately I have owned many because I'm cheap...LOL) best ride I got out of a set was removing the mid spring and made it 4.5" lift...but it rode much better

Well if I was rich, I would have definitly gone with Deaver. That being said, the only other choices, as far as quality goes, are BDS or Tuff Country for these Chevys. These brands are the preffered choice for this particular truck. I am really impressed with the ride quality, as far as a SA truck is concerned. It cant hold a candle to my 07 Chevy, though.....

I just put 225lbs worth of winch and bumper on the front end and called it good

HD's. I was told when I was ordering these that the only set to come in the EZ ride is the 4".
