Default Does anybody locally make custom wheels?

I don't need anything fancy. Just one very wide 15" steel chevy/Toyota wheel

never heard of any shops doing it. Just thinking what it would require time wise it would be expensive for me to do. Maybe look for a blank and have a center made and welded in. These guys stock up to 13" wide. http://www.heywheel.com/page11.html

Easiest with a lathe, can be done mounted on a car and cut with a torch or plasma. Can be trued with an indicator or wire pointer. Depending on your budget and ingenuity.

They do pretty much strictly oilfield machine work (I used to work there unfortunately), but I've heard they're slow right now and might take something like that on.
