Default Hunting Season

Who's stoked? Caribou season is opening this weekend. Moose buggy is getting scary close. Planning to take a trip to Eureka early saturday morning to test out the rig on the trail. Also see if I can't stir up some Bou as it opens Saturday morning.

If things don't work out this weekend, I'm taking the ranger to my new moose spot on the 17th to scout out the water levels one last time before my trip onthe 31st. Should be able to get a bou at that time if need be.

Sipping on hot coffee, bundled up in warm hunting gear at moose camp as daylight starts to melt off the tundra fog, looking for a glimpse of a moose rack sounds like a little slice of heaven right now...
