Default Alone unarmed and unafraid

Like a charging animal

Few of redoubt, scooted right under the ash cloud

You can get some killer pics today of redoubt along with the steam coming off the top today from the rabbit creek bridge btw. For the photo nerds like me.

Got some pics from in the G5 that I will upload once I find my **** memory card

Edit, found it. Cool plane, but boaring as hell to be in after the first hour, local surgeon chartered it. Must be nice. It is a nice change of pace from the dc-6 noise wise. Not having to use hand signals at take off was a change of pace. Not many chances to take pics though that high up.

Cool pics! That's a sweet career choice. The c0ckpit picture looks confusing... too many knobs and buttons.

ETA: What's the button on the yoke do?

I actualy work for Udelhoven, I have flown sence 15 so I have around 9000 hrs now. I do not realy have a interest of beign a pilot, I gave it a shot in florida but I can't stand the ego of the crowd who would charter private jets. They would either tell me about how they paid for the flight on thier black card, how how many carats they had in thier mouth.... got old quick. The corprate crowd is diffrent though, all were super cool. What turns me off the most is most the pilots I have meet have been total ****** bags who think flying is hard.... it isn't. Same thing as driving a taxi, only taxis you have to steer, I would rather work construction.

My girls dad owns Northern Pacific Leasing here, they lease jets to oil companies, private people, and the status seekers.... I am just in a kind of lucky deal I guess.

The red button on the yoke determines who has priority flying when auto pilot is off.

I do fly reserve for Everts, only in the slow season when I am not working though. Cool people there, and you got to love the dc-6s. End of a era when those are gone. Always get some cool pics when I am out with them.

Justin, I think I am the youngest by far there. I am there about once or twice a month March-May.
