Default wun tun

1986 f250 460 C6 208 115K ttb50/sterling 10.25 with 3.55s
figured a new build would be nice after the heep was parted and scrapped after being torn to pieces... did some minor wheeling with it to see what needed to be improved, TTB was needed to be gone, came across a deal on a KP HP 60 and snagged it, currently in the process of swapping it under along with the lift

havent done too much to the old turd other than replacing old parts... starter/soleniod, coil, pickup, cap, rotor, plugs, and now the alteranator... but it performs extremely well with the new shoes i picked up for cheap, definitely welding the rear and debating the front as well but i still drive the truck down the road to the trails. thoughts?

I heard about that stuck at Sun Valley... It is my highest recommendation that you ask for some lessons on recovery so nobody gets hurt.

Thanks I won't weld the front, was iffy about even thinking about it. As of my recovery gear I carry everything I can that I possibly have, yea a winch is helpful and is next on the list, but I do carry a shovel. Pick axe, saw, handy man.. Needs some love, plenty of chain and straps.. And a come along till the funds for a winch rolls around. It was an eye opener being stuck out there for awhile...

You can always give us a call when your in those situations Typically we are to you within a few hours of the call. wheeling is a blast wether your wheelin alone or not but getting buried Alone sucks. I grew up in that area and spent my fair share of time in those couple crossings with a handyman and come along. I will admit though, since I purchased a winch I rarely touch the old trusty manual methods.

Somehow this thing landed in my lap and well the wun tun is getting torn apart for an axle swap on a jeep, so another ford hits the dust sadly. Anybody want a running 460/c6/np208 combo with another c6 tranny? Everything is gunna be there except for the axles.
