Exclamation Athna game management?

This has been getting some press and may have already been discussed here. Our sole representative is proposing to turn over game management of the States most popular hunting areas to the "natives". I'm told that this has not been submitted yet. People need to call his office and tell him NO.

I think he is a dip sh!t and should have been booted out long ago. This just seals it for me.

Draft bill to create an Athna Traditional Territory turning over game management and allocation to Co-Managers

Alaska's lone Representative in the US House of Representatives, Don Young has chosen to draft a bill creating an Athna Traditional Territory turning over game management and allocation to Co-Managers in parts of GMU 11, 12, and 13. The draft bill will be heard before the US House of Representatives Friday, March 14, 2014. Over half of the Territory is State public domain lands. Draft bill and map of area links are below.

This Draft legislation from Alaska's Congressman flies in the face of the Alaska Statehood Compact, the US Constitution, and the precedents of public trust law. AOC opposes this Draft legislation.

There will be nothing left if they get ahold of it.

Saw a letter of response from Young to SCI's inquiry as to what the heck he was thinking. It was a typical smooth political response as to be expected, basically stating that it was important for him to listen to the needs of his native constituents and that its important to note that he technically didn't write it and blah blah blah.....
