Default Where's Dropzone aka 907 Surplus?

Went by there yesterday to a completely vacated building, no forwarding information.

On Boniface near Subway. Pretty sure Dave posted it up on here a few times, and it's on his website and facebook page. It's 907 Surplus, hasn't been "Dropzone" for over a year.

Yeah, just there is bad blood with the "Dropzone" name. Say it in the store and Dave will probably throat chop you.

I boiled over just reading it! The building owner must have taken it all down, I had that place plastered with maps and everthing.

We are in the old trophy/plauqe shop, right next to Burrito Heaven, and down from Subway. Still 10-7 Monday through Saturday, Sunday is iffy? if you luckey we might be there between 12&5, maybe. Call first. My buddy working the shop Monday through Friday is usually there before 8am too. Plus if you call the number above and let it ring a few times it will forward to a cell phone. Whoever drew the straw should and better answer and tell you whats up or meet you up here. Thats actually why I'm here now. Otherwise? I'm guessing I would be doing something besides sitting here at 10:20 at night.

Stopped in yesterday and got some good deals on nice stuff. We should all do what we can to support this business. I'd hate to see anything happen to it.

Never been there, but that's all I had to hear. I'll check it out for sure! Love to help local business, not alone a board member!

I don't know if this is why there is animosity between the store currently and the Sad Panda. I hope this is the reason. He deserves the contempt.

Dave probably won't comment, he's got plenty of other thing to worry about. He doesn't want to get involved in all the ugly stuff that Bill ran Drop Zone through.
The guy couldn't even change his undies without telling someone so I hardly think this FBI/OSI/ATF/Chuck Norris's right hand man story is true.

Dude, why even bring it up. There is no point, what happened is over with and everyone has moved on. Many of us are glad to have cut ties early on and to see the inventory being put to good use under a new name. When we get back to Alaska we plan on stopping by to check it out. The organization of gear alone what a HUGE improvement.
