I believe i have 2 vehicle speed sensors on my 4l80e trans. Input and output
I also have one on the transfercase tail shaft. My thought is to use the input and final tail shaft vss on the t case. Is this going to change my end output signal or should the final vss connections on the 4l80e be sufficient? If not, it looks like the 4l80e can run a t case w/o a vss in stock form. I am running the stand alone US quick shift 1 trans controller. Went throught the harness yesterday and it is pretty straight forward and complete. the instructions are clear too! Even i could follow along! I found a wiring error on the tps pigtail ..(prior owner instal error) Which may have been the culprit for the erratic shifting behaviors i posted about on another thread.
