Default Time to overhaul the buggy

Broke a front axle last year. It broke in the diff and took out the ARB. Since they only made one manufacturing run I don't expect to find a replacement. There is hope that they made some spare parts. Waiting on the folks in Australia to let me know. I'm planning on the worst case and will start working to move the rear ARB to the front and weld or do a spool in the rear.

Almost 1/2" of the id ground away

yes. I think it is still usable. Just need to figure out how to disassemble so I can clean it out
