Default f-250 to f-100 cab swapo

are the frames on an f-250 and f-100 1971 models different or will i have no problem swapping the whole body of an f-250 to an f-100 frame. are there any problems i will have??

Should be no problem swapping.
The cab mounts are the same on all the cabs for a given year range.

The cabs might mount different between the two trucks. So you might have to hole saw some holes in the floor of the cab. The rear cab mounts can be different. Don't know if it's a 2wd thing or what but when I went from an F150 cab to a 2wd F350 cab. The F350 cab mounted on it's own mounts outside the frame. The F150 mounts on a crossmember between the frame rails. The holes were there on the F350 cab. Just had to hole saw some holes from the top to get to where they mounted. Hope this helps.

and 4wd isnt going to be hard to put in it is it?

I don't think I understand your question. Are you converting a 2wd pickup to 4wd?

i think hes saying hes going to put the 2wd cab on the 4wd frame... right??? or am i just running amlesly around the gene pool again...

as far as i can remember the rear cab mount are in a differnt spot and all you have to do is drill new holes.
