Can you take a few of how you mounte the bumper with the crumple zones.

I'm wanting to make a bumper kind of like yours... but wasn't sure about how to get around the crumple zone..

on the 4in exhaust i would caution you a bit the old idi's lose quite a bit of low end power when you run that size of exhaust, most naturally aspirated ones will do well with 3in exhaust. I had a 87 with a 1993 7.3 and a hypermax turbo with 4 in exhaust it didnt help it enough and i should have left it 3 or 3.5in.

Seriously, if I had your artistic ability, I wouldn't be doing what I am doing now. I always dreamed of drawing like that. I see it in my head, but it simply won't come out that way on paper! So I use CAD instead. Yes, I'd love to spend a day with the likes of Foose and Carroll Shelby too!

Anyway, keep up the progress pics!

What are your reasonings for making it less of a stinger style? I have a stinger style light bar and want to re-make it so that it doesn't make my truck so long, but if we knew the "why" behind it, it might help us help you.
