Default 89 Bronco SAS

started with an 89 BKO with a 4" full Rancho and 33 A/Ts

next i got both front and rear axles from a 76 f150 they're a D44 and 9"
6" deaver coils and 10 leaf packs
doetsch tech shocks and fabbed up everything else

some bds RA brackets that wouldn't work, andgle was off

so I ended up with this thanks to my buddy Ole from Olson Fab

some more flexin a little bit

new duff tuff coil cups and 7* c-bushings

had to mod the bottom coils a little to get the cups to work cause I sure as h*** wasn't trying to pay to ship them back to TN and wait for new ones to come

new stance after lifting rear to be level with front

Looks good. One thing you'll want to deal with if you ever decide to go to bigger tires, is the steering. The drag link is notoriously weak, and will fold on you, especially at that angle.

Add a piece of angle iron to it to reinforce it, especially at the bend. Or if you can afford it, get away from that style all together. The high steer kits for those aren't too expensive, and will save you big time headaches down the road. I got mine from Ballistic Fab. I think including the DOM tubing and tie rods, it was cheaper than replacing with stock components...

Again, good looking build and congrats and dumping the d44 ttb crap...

Heres the build thread on mine if it helps or for ideas...

Also, here is a good source for flat top knuckles for your 44 if you decide to go that way...
