Default Fuel tank coating

The gas tank on my compactor had a small amount of water in it and it rusted about 6 sq inches in one corner of the tank. The coating on the rest of the tank is pristine. The corrosion was bad enough that the rust flakes were plugging fuel filter

I've recoated several fuel tanks w/great success. Unfortunately I only need about 2 tablespoons of paint and can't see buying a whole can for this patch job. IIRC the stuff I've used in the past doesn't store well. It was the kind that you pour it all in and throw away the excess.

My search of the web hasn't found and small quantity sources. Anyone got suggestions? I do have some standard POR15 and thot about trying it.

Can you get in there with a brush to paint it? If so I have some flame master tank sealant.

Thanx Nate, Justin brought some stuff over and got a bumper for his efforts. The tank has been coated and is drying over night (or longer if necessary).
