Default Rugged Point and Shoot

Need a PAS for work. I have been carrying a Kodak m883, but being in my pocket has caused the lens to not work some times. Its bad when I need the camera and I pull it out and it wont focus or zoom. and when I click the button it comes back Aqua. with no picture. then the lens wont go back in some times. its just to unreliable after a yr in service.

Are there any "rugged" PAS's? I keep it in my shirt pocket but leaning on stuff and seatbelts push on it and such.

I almost think the c180 Kodak is cheap enough to not care if it only last 8monthes. 120bucks for a 10meg camera.......

if you can find em, I had a Nikon 4600 for about 3 years. Dropped it several times. Say one on craigslist for like $50 the other day...

If you are willing to drop some money, Olympus makes a kick *** one thats shock proof, waterproof, and freeze proof.
