Default 05 rev 550ss

So I bought an 05 550 ss from my buddy who got it new. Since its inception its been black and gray. All white. All black. Black and orange. And now black and green . Last year we swapped an 03 800 In. Did thicker base gaskets to bring up port timing. Port and polished the jugs. Put a cudney head on it with pump gas domes. Straightline performance y pipe and a sno stuff can. Clutched it with a 240 / 430 blue primary and used dalton dr3's with an engagement notch. 21.3g of pin weight and a roller secondary. Swapped tracks to a camo extreme 121x15x1.75. This thing was a mean trail / light powder sled. Then I bought it........

I went out for first ride about a month ago and first ride out I blew a belt. And my buddy hit me..... bad start.

then I decided it was time to lose the short track. Found a 144x2x15 camoplast track on c list for 100.00 and it was mint condition. Ordered rail extensions from tracks usa. Started gutting the suspension.

Which is the biggest track I can put on this setup

got swap all done. Made a tunnel extension

went to install extension today. Took out a 1" x 2" chunk of my arm. Cut off wheel had a fracture apparently. So I stopped there. More pics and update soon.
