Default XJ RE 5.5 lift kit

how much is a used RE6200 5.5" XJ Extreme Duty lift kit worth? it was put on it 2002 and has about 34,000 miles on it. it also didn't see much offroad until 1 year ago. how much would you pay for it.

I wouldn't pay anything, seeing how that lift probably won't fit on a Suburban

I am assuming he meant that the lift was PUT ON IN 2002 and the lift in particular has about 34k miles on it.

If so.... It depends on what all is there. AFAIK, RE didnt offer an "Xtreme Duty" 5.5 kit fot the XJ that far back. He may indeed have a 5.5" kit, but what all is there, parts wise? Is it totally complete with sway bar discos and upper and lower adjustable CA's, adj. TB and mount, etc. ???

If its a complete, full on adjustable kit in good shape, start with a lowball offer and see if he'll take 500 bucks for it. Go up from there, but I wouldnt push it over a grand.

Are you certain that's the "Xtreme Duty" kit though? Yes, it is a complete kit, but I was under the impression that the "Xtreme Duty" kit included adjustable upper and lower CA's.

The one you have pictured looks like the "Super Flex" kit.

RoboCop, and to correct you, it's "I'll", not "I'd". I should get 2 bucks.

Yes I'm sure. Only the XJLA kit comes with adjustable uppers. The 4.5" kit is the SuperFlex.

The drop mounts & arms are made so that you need not to adjust the front axle. Good kit! Not the best but GOOD!
